1. Payment method
• Payment methods other than credit cards are not supported.
• There is no need to enter credit card information during free trial period.
2.Payment method•This is a monthly payment method.
•The period of the plan is calculated in days and is not affected by time.
( Ex) If you start using if on the 25th, the next payment day is on the 25th of the following month.)
3.Change subscription plan•Upgrade
•The full amount of the upgraded plan must be paid at the time of upgrade.
•The remaining characters from the previous plan will be added to the default numberof characters for the new plan.
(The available period is one month)
•The next payment date will be changed to the date you upgraded.
4. Downgrade
•Use your current plan until the next payment date, and your plan will be downgraded on the next payment date. .
(It is a reservation concept and can be canceled at any time before the payment date.)
•Your current payment date will be maintained.
5.Unsubscribe
Since plan subscriptions have the concept of prepayment, if you cancel your subscription.
•the status will immediately change from ‘Subscribed’ → ‘Not subscribed to plan’
•Projects created before cancellation of subscription can be operated normally.You can create projects as much as the remaining usage amount.

1. From the date of payment, only if the basic number of characters of that month has not been used at all, you can cancel within 7 days of payment.
2.If the contents of the serviceare different from the contents of the advertisements or are performeddifferently from the contents of the contract, payment can be canceled within 3 months from the date of use ofthe service or within 30 days from the date of knowing orbeing able to know the above facts.
3. In case of payment cancellationand switch to Pro plan after cancellation : You can create projects as much as the remaining usage amount.

Within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the indication of intention to cancel the payment, we will request the provider of each payment method to suspend or cancel the charge and refund the payment to the same method as the member's payment method.
